CNC Machining
Using our CNC machining centers (vertical and horizontal mills), and CNC lathes, we are able to achieve consistant, accurate results on all size and types of parts made from bar stock, plate, castings, fabrications, etc. We work with all types of metals including mild and alloy steels, brass, bronze, aluminum bronze, stainless steel, cast iron and tool steel. We can accomodate all order sizes from small lots (1-5 pieces) to production quantities (100 - 1,000 or more). We also do tooling and custom fixture design for many parts. Wire EDM
Our wire EDM machine is used to make tool and die parts and other small to mid-sized precision parts. Complete 4-axis motion allows complex contoured and tapered parts to be made easily.

Manual/Conventional Machining
We use many 3-jaw and 4-jaw manual lathes capable of turning sizes from 1" to 50" diameter and up to 25 feet long. Milling machines include horizontal and vertical mills capable of face milling, drilling, pocketing, and line boring. Laser Cutting
Laser cut parts provide alternatives to stampings and other manufacturing process.

Cut any shape from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or brass.
Precise, smooth edges.
Slots, holes, and complex cut-outs.
Small lots or production runs.
