Some of our largest work is for domestic steel and tubular producers: the mill-duty components inside equipment that runs hot and heavy around the clock.
On this work the machining is only part of the job. Alloy selection and heat treat decide whether a component holds size under load. We quote all of it together and inspect the part after the secondary processes are done.
Much of it is seamless tube mill equipment: mandrel support stands, screwdown and chock components, guillotine assemblies, work-roll seal housings. Some arrives as a new build from the print, some arrives worn out and goes back rebuilt, often the same part number either way.

Slurry pumps, crushers and separation equipment run abrasive material around the clock. The rotating components inside them are consumables with tight fits, and the plant can’t run while one is out.
This is steady repeat work for us: pump shafts left and right hand, bearing housings and sleeves, gland housings by frame size, impeller hubs, suction plates, liners and covers, frequently from customer-supplied ductile iron castings, machined complete and shipped ready to assemble.

Shredder and granulator internals are wear items held to precise fits. When one goes, the machine is down until it is replaced.
We have machined this equipment for decades: rotor components, knife and spacer sets, shafts, screens and anvils, both for equipment builders and for the plants running their machines. We can work from your drawing or from the existing component.
